The tag SPICEJET is my life’s most Awesome experience in terms Team work, Personal development, Leadership Qualities. This helped to shoulder the responsibility and accountability trusted by our Mentor and Captain G.P.Gupta Sir. 

Teamwork is essential for success. Whether it be any sports or in personal/Corporate life, teams must work together harmoniously to outperform their opponents. Each player has a specific role and responsibility within the team structure. By effectively communicating and coordinating their efforts, they can maximize their chances of victory. Similarly, in the business world, teamwork is vital for achieving organizational goals. Corporates often form teams composed of individuals with diverse skill sets to tackle complex projects or solve problems collectively. Collaboration fosters creativity and innovation as different perspectives are brought to the table.

I always remember his first phrase during his training session.  “Do your work in such a way that your name becomes famous and your name becomes such that your work becomes famous”.He is indeed a great leader and a great mentor who believes in Human Values and Ethics. I can vouch by saying we all are in “Safe Hands”.

Good teamwork requires effective communication, trust, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. I would like to explain it with a classic example when I was alligned an additional role to work in SpiceHealth during the COVID pandemic, where it involved working in timelines, the pandemic was life threating, working with multiple organisation and government bodies. The demand of this job was such that, you have to take care of multiple departments i.e IT, HR, procurement, Administration and logistics and accommodation. All these different profile was also sync with SpiceJet respective department.

Considering the COVID pandemic, which was one of the centuries biggest epidemic faced by Human being, in this tough situation where it was life threating disease. However SpiceJet team never backed down and I would like to thank one and all who were always there to help, and theteams at airports without their help Spicehealth purpose of COVID testing was failed. So in view where every people were feeling safe at their home, our Ground Services team was fighting in the frontline as warriors.

Last but the not the least the mentors namely my managers and seniors, who were leading from the front. It confirms that having a cohesive and effective team can greatly enhance your work experience and contribute to the success of your projects and goals. I feel so fortunate to be a part of the Best Team, together we provide several benefits:
